Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

  • Standard Shipping: DHS. 19.00 (Free for orders over DHS. 300).

Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to the all states of UAE.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website or via the tracking link provided.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by the customs office of the destination country.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or issue a replacement.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Stolen Packages: Skiteck is not responsible for packages stolen from your property after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using delivery instructions to prevent theft.

Address Changes and Cancellations

  • Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address before the order is shipped. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address.
  • Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
